29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the jobsite located at 22413 W. 52nd Terrace in Shawnee, Kansas, employee(s) had not been provided effective information and training to recognize, evaluate, and control exposure to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to gasoline, which is an irritant and can cause dermal allergic reactions if contact with skin is made, and an eye damage hazard if contact with eyes is made while handling the chemical.
