29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) On or about July 16, 2024, at the worksite, 2338 South Salina Street, Syracuse, NY 13205:  Employees exposed to fall hazards were not trained in the recognition of fall hazards and procedures to minimize fall hazards. Employees were exposed to a fall distance of 14 feet.

29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record.  a) On or about July 16, 2024, at the worksite, 2338 South Salina Street, Syracuse, NY 13205:  The employer failed to prepare a written certification record verifying an employee had been trained on the dangers of fall hazards and methods of fall protection used to mitigate them.
