29 CFR  1904.4(a): The employer did not record each work-related fatality, injury or illness case that resulted in the general recording criteria on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent. Abatement Certification and Documentation is required.  On or about June 28, 2024, the employer did not record a workplace injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent for the calendar year 2024 when a mail carrier was treated with Intravenous Fluids due to dehydration.   The USPS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1904.4 (a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1657781, citation number 1, item number 1,  and was affirmed as a final order on (09/13/2023), with respect to a workplace located at 734 Scarlet Drive, Grand Junction, CO 81505.
