29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  a) Facility:  On or about July 9, 2024,  designated emergency exits were not equipped with exit signage, exposing employees to egress hazards:  1. Dental Staff Lounge, where the door that opened to the exit route, was not equipped with an exit sign.  2. Records Storage Area, where the lobby door that led to the exit route was not equipped with an exit sign.  3. Records Storage Area, where the door to the copy room that led to the exit access was not equipped with an exit sign.  4. Records Storage Area, where the door in the copy room that led to the exit route was not equipped with an exit sign.
