29 CFR  1910.1200(h) as incorporated by reference 29 CFR 1928.21(a)(5):  Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced:  On or about July 16, 2024, employees engaged in agriculture activities with Oshkosh Heifer Development, located at 37258 Valley Drive. Culbertson, Nebraska, were exposed to chemical hazards in that the employer failed to provide training as prescribed in the paragraph above. The employees used a number of chemicals such as but not limited to motor oil, petroleum based lubricants, and fuels.
