29 CFR 1910.101(b):The inplant handling, storage, and unitization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 to prevent cylinders from falling. GIFT SHOP: On 07/16/24 and at times prior too, an approximately 80 cubic foot compressed gas cylinder with unprotected valve stem was not secured from falling over in the gift shop exposing employees to crush and ballistic hazards.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: LAUNDRY ROOM: On 07/16/24 and at times prior too, employees were exposed to rotating parts from the dryer which was placed back into operation after being repaired without the manufactured sheet metal guard over the belt and pully drive system.
