29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) On or about July 16, 2024, at or near 101 Welo Street in Tioga, North Dakota, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet while using a Genie articulated boom lift to touch up exterior paint on a residential apartment.
