1910.217(b)(6)(i) Two hand trip(s) on mechanical power press(es) using full revolution clutches did not have the individual operator's hand controls protected against unintentional operation: (a) Truss plant MM5, between press 1 and press 2; On or about July 8, 2024, during loading of lumber and splice plates, the Truswal Systems RolSplicer (Model PAT US 197543, Ser. # 9832S) was not guarded in that the palm controls were not protected from unintended actuation.
