29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. a) 100 Delaware Ave Colonia, NJ 07067 - Employee(s) performed repair and clean-up activities atop the southeast section of flat roof of a school building with hole(s) in the steel decking due to corrosion. Each employee working atop this section of roof was not protected from falls of more than 12 ft through the use of covers, guardrail systems and/or personal fall arrest systems. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards. Incident occurred on July 18, 2024.
