A.) KITCHEN: On or about 07-17-2024 and times prior too, a flexible cord was run through the ceiling tiles and over a wall to power an reverse osmosis system exposing employees to fire dangers. B.) LAUNDRY: On or about 07-17-2024 and times prior too, a flexible cord was run through the wall to power laundry equipment exposing employees to fire dangers. C.) LOBBY EXIT: On or about 07-17-2024 and times prior too, a flexible cord was run through the aluminum door frame exposing employees to fire dangers.
