29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1):Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: (A) On or before July 18, 2024, the solid tires on the Hyster E60XN-33 Ser. A268N19545P, had virtually no tread and had significant chunks of rubber missing, leaving up to approximately one inch of the rim exposed. (B) On or before July 18, 2024, the solid tires on the Hyster E50XN-33 Ser. A268N02034G, had virtually no tread and had significant chunks of rubber missing, leaving up to approximately one inch of the rim exposed. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
