29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about July 18, 2024, employees working in the wood shop area were exposed to laceration and amputation hazards. The SawStop table saw did not have have a blade guard installed.

The establishment employed 27 employees and used the NAICS code 326199 during calendar year 2023.

29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about July 18, 2024, employees working in the U-Haul Parts area were exposed to health hazards. The employer did not have an eyewash station for immediate emergency use in the working area where employees were utilizing corrosive chemicals, such as Norox Mekp-925H, and Luperox DDM-9. The employer had an existing eyewash station in excess of 200 feet away from the work area using corrosive chemicals. ANSI recommendation is no greater than 10 seconds.
