29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Location: Production Area On or about 7/4/2024, a lockout/tagout procedure for draining hot cleaning fluid from production kettles was not developed and/or utilized. A sanitation employee was exposed to ~196� degree F water when disconnecting a drain hose from valve, resulting in severe leg/foot burn.
