29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a.  On or about July 22, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic guns were not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about July 22, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, approximately eight (8) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  b. On or about July 22, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, approximately eight (8) feet two (2) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.

On or about July 22, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations were not provided training on how to minimize fall hazards, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with falls.
