29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): All places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed. a) Maintenance shop building at 1050 Rock Quarry Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281: On or about July 22, 2024, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards in that housekeeping of the walking-working surfaces of the establishment were not maintained in a condition free of debris, scraps, and other materials.

Alleged Violation Description 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. Located in the maintenance shop: On or about July 22, 2024 employees were exposed to employees were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards, in that electrical equipment was blocked and used for storage.
