29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: A) 1050 Rt 18 East Brunswick, NJ 08816 - The employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in roofing activities were protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to falls of approx. 12'. Hazards observed on or about July 23, 2024.
