Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. Employee(s) were exposed to fire hazards. This was documented on or about July 23, 2024, at 10707 South 149th Street, Omaha, Nebraska. Access to the electrical panel was restricted in that the palletizing wrap machine was placed within 28 inches of the electrical panel.
