29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): The employer did not ensure that stairs have uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings. a) Bulkhead Door: On or about July 24, 2024, employees were exposed to slip, trip, and fall hazards due to the bulkhead stairs not having uniform riser heights leading into the basement level. Ferns and Flowers Ltd. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1625958, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1094 Centerville Road, Warwick, Rhode Island.
