29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about July 24, 2024, at 699 SE 15th Avenue, Florida City, Florida, employees were exposed to 18-foot fall hazards while working on a residential roof installing plywood sheets without a means of fall protection. South Dade Service LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1541922, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/22/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 380 NE 5th Place, Homestead, Florida, 33034.
