29 CFR 1910.23(c)(4): The employer did not ensure that ladders that are used only on stable and level surfaces unless they are secured or stabilized to prevent accidental displacement. a) On or about July 17, 2024, front of the building: an employee was exposed to a 15 foot fall hazard, in that the extension ladder used to remove a company sign was not set on a stable and level surface.
