29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Battery Production Line- On or about 7/10/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to health hazards associated with lead, in that employer failed to ensure all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulation of lead when lead contamination found on the Water cooler spout, used to provide employees with hydration, measuring 28.31 �g. b) Battery Production Line- On or about 7/10/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to health hazards associated with lead, in that employer failed to ensure all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulation of lead when lead contamination found on the Gatorade cooler spout, used to provide employees with hydration, measuring 54.72 �g.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: a) Battery Production Line- On or about 7/10/2024, and at times prior, employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure that proper labels for product identifier, words and symbols were provided for hazardous chemical used by employees such as, but not limited to Cork and Soluble-B at the facility.
