29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 40 Daum Rd, Manalapan, NJ: Two employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to twenty feet from the ground below. One employee was on a second floor edge approximately ten feet while the other employee was above him at apromitemtly twenty feet. Both employees were not protected by personal fall protection or any other method. Observed on or about 07/24/24. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) 40 Daum Rd, Manalapan, NJ: Two employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to twenty feet from the ground below. Both employees had not received the required fall protection training as mandated by the standard. Employees where not equipped to identify potential fall hazards or utilize fall protection systems effectively. Observed on or about 07/24/24. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
