29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) On the roof of the building: On or about 7/27/2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15-18 feet above the lower level, while working from the roof of a commercial building, without any means of fall protection.

(a) On the roof of the building: On or about 7/27/22024, the employer did not provide written certificates for fall protection training for each employee exposed to fall hazards while working unprotected from falls on the roof of the building.
