29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization of one or more employee as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. a) Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, Syracuse Hancock International Airport, 1000 Col Eileen Collins Blvd, SYRACUSE, NY 13212. On or about 7/16/2024, an employee was hospitalized from a work-related exposure to an unknown substance. OSHA was not notified of the hospitalization until 7/29/2024.
