29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. A) 869 Rt-12 Frenchtown, NJ 08825 - The employer failed to a report partial amputation injury that occurred on July 11, 2024. The management team stated that a portion of the employee's pinky finger was found on 7/12/24 while cleaning the equipment involved in the incident. In addition, The company stated they were made aware of the amputation by the doctor's notes on July 22, 2024. However, the employer reported the incident to OSHA on July 24, 2024. Condition noticed on or about July 29, 2024.
