29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms in which the entire scaffold platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: a)1340 County Rd. 32 E. Robertsdale, AL. on or about July 30, 2024; and at times prior to, the employer permitted employees to work from a job-made work platform that was being elevated by a forklift, which was not approved for that use by the manufacturer, exposing employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 13 feet.
