29 CFR 1910.106(g)(8):  The employer did not ensure that conspicuous and legible signs prohibiting smoking were posted within sight of the employee being served:    a.    On or about 25 July 2024, at the fuel dock, Puerto Real Marina, Cabo Rojo, PR.  In an area where one gasoline and one diesel dispensing units were located and used, it was observed that "no-smoking" signs were not posted in the vicinity.    b.   On or about 25 July 2024, at the Puerto Real Marina, Cabo Rojo, PR.  In an area where a 6,000-gall diesel tank was located, it was observed that "no-smoking" signs were not posted in the vicinity.     NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.

On or about 25 July 2024, at the Antares Cuisine kitchen area, Puerto Real Marina, Cabo Rojo, PR.  On top of the water heater, an electrical box was not covered or closed exposing free live electrical cables.      b.   On or about 25 July 2024, at the Antares Cuisine kitchen area, Puerto Real Marina, Cabo Rojo, PR.  Next to the water sink, an electrical box was not covered or closed exposing free live electrical cables.   NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
