29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required:   a. On or about 4/25/2025, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for citation 1, item 1 issued on 01/16/2025 with an abatement due date of 1/29/2025. b. On or about 4/25/2025, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for citation 1, item 3 issued on 01/16/2025 with an abatement due date of 2/12/2025. c. On or about 4/25/2025, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for citation 1, item 4 issued on 1/16/2025 with an abatement due date of 1/29/2025.  d. 29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work:    On or about 7/17/2024, at the second floor of the jobsite located at 1132 SE 6th Terrace, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while setting up a tie-beam within 5 feet of overhead power lines operating at 13.2kV.

An aluminum extension ladder (i.e. manufacturer info and s/n not legible) had a missing section and bent rungs, exposing employees who used the ladder to a fall hazard of up to 12 feet. b.  An A-frame ladder (i.e. Werner, s/n not legible) had bent rungs, exposing employees who used the ladder to a fall hazard of up to 10 feet.
