29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  a) On or about July 30, 2024, at the worksite, 1 Bevell Lane, Syracuse, NY, 13212: The employer failed to provide abatement documentation for citation 1-2 identified in the inspection of this workplace. An abatement demand letter was sent to the employer on March 10, 2025.

29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): The employer did not prevent employee(s) from working in proximity to an electric power circuit that the employee could contact during the course of work and the employee(s) were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means:  a) On or about July 30, 2024, at the worksite, 1 Bevell Lane, Syracuse, NY, 13212: Employees were not protected from electrical shock when using multiple tools, including but not limited to pneumatic nail guns, hammers and a scrapers in close proximity to an energized incoming  electrical service entrance.
