1910.28(b)(13)(i) (13)(i):  When work is performed less than 6 feet (1.6 m) from the roof edge, the employer must ensure  each employee is protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, travel restraint system, or personal fall arrest system:   a) D Wing - Lab Exhaust on Penthouse Roof - Unit 18: Employee was exposed to approximately 10 feet fall hazards while performing  regular preventive maintenance work, during the period of about 9/1/24 to 10/1/24 and not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, travel restraint system, or personal fall arrest system.  b) CY Wing - Labor & Delivery - Units 92, 93, 94: Employee was exposed to approximately 30 feet fall hazards while performing  regular preventive maintenance work, during the period of about 9/1/24 to 10/1/24 and not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, travel restraint system, or personal fall arrest system.
