29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. a.) FCI-McKean, Inmate Housing Unit CA - On or about 6/22/24, and at times prior thereto, water was leaking through a skylight and onto the floor by CA 221-220. The area had a puddle on the stairs from the skylight leaking onto the floor and stairs. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

FCI-McKean, Inmate Housing Unit CA - On or about 6/22/24, and at times prior thereto, water was leaking through a skylight and onto the televisions and surge protectors. The television and surge protector were not designed for a wet/damp environment. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
