29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Building "A" - On or about July 31, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees working on the steep roof of a three-story building applying roof sheeting were attached to their fall protection devices exposing them to fall hazards.
