29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Location: Machine Room Instance 1: On or about August 1, 2024, a 240 Volt electrical panel was blocked by a large cardboard box containing white plastic containers exposing employees to electric shock, burns and smoke inhalation, and electrocution. Instance 2: On or about August 1, 2024, a 240 Volt electrical panel was blocked by a yellow wheeled mop bucket exposing employees to electric shock, burns, smoke inhalation and electrocution.
