The saw is used for cutting counter tops and laminate. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.157(g)(2):The educational program to familiarize employees with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting was not provided to all employees at least annually: a) On or about 07/31/2024 throughout the establishment; where the employer has chosen to allow/permit all employees to use portable fire extinguishers to fight incipient stage fires, the employer last provided the annual educational program regarding the use and limitations of portable fire extinguisher use in 2019. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
