29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  On or about July 30, 2024, on the right-side of the Company Man's trailer, employees engaged in oil and gas operations utilized an H2S Montior with a broken strain relief while monitoring for potential H2S on location.
