29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (a) Ritz Car Wash, Lube, & Detailing Center located at 234 Oregon Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19148: On or about August 1, 2024, the employer did not develop, implement and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program for employees handling hazardous chemicals. Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to the following: -Polymeric colorant contained in Deep Blue Super Concentrate -Isopropanol found in Diamond Glass -Sulfonic acids found in Hi Foam Suds Plus Car Wash Concentrate -etc.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) Ritz Car Wash, Lube, & Detailing Center located at 234 Oregon Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19148: On or about August 1, 2024, the employer did not provide adequate hazardous chemical training for employees. Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to the following: -Polymeric colorant contained in Deep Blue Super Concentrate -Isopropanol found in Diamond Glass -Sulfonic acids found in Hi Foam Suds Plus Car Wash Concentrate -etc.
