29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii):Special hand tools for placing and removing material were not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about July 22, 2024 at the workplace located at 626 E. Steele Ave., Seymour, Missouri- Employees were exposed to amputation and pinch point hazards. Press Room, Press #6- Press operators are using pieces of scrap materials to guide the materials over the dies in lieu of using special hand tools that would keep the employees hands away from the point of operation.
