29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 188 Broadway Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677: Employees engaged in framing activities, were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 10 feet while working at the edge without any means of fall protection, on or about 8/2/2024. The KDG Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1551867, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/21/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 35 Jefferson Ave Westwood, NJ.
