29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) 4031 Independence Dr. Schnecksville PA, 18078. front side of building, on or about August 2nd, 2024, Hammer Noise Supervisor, Ed Lopez and CS Contractor Corp. employees replacing shingles and performing associated roofing work on the two story structure, approximately 15 feet above grade, utilized an extension ladder that was not 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder is used to gain access.
