1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.   a) Jobsite located at 2061-63 N 62ND St, Philadelphia, PA - On or about August 2, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were performing framing and plumbing work on the second floor of a new, multi-unit residential building near wall openings not equipped with guardrails, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet.   b) Jobsite located at 2061-63 N 62ND St, Philadelphia, PA - On or about August 2, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were performing framing and plumbing work on the second floor of a new, multi-unit residential building where access to the elevator shaft did not have proper guardrails, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet.
