Condition noted on or about July 31, 2024.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  a) Jobsite located at 933 West Forge Road, Glen Mills, PA. - Asphalt plant, MCC- The employer did not ensure that the MC room's electrical system, which has rated electrical system of approximately 480 volts was kept clear at all times and was utilized for intermittent/incidental storage of nonpermanent equipment/materials, or furniture, which could interfere with ready access to the electric equipment in the event of an emergency, thus exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.  Condition noted on or about August 2, 2024.
