29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) Jobsite located at 2061-63 N 62ND St, Philadelphia, PA - On or about August 2, 2024, the employer did not ensure stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches were equipped with at least one handrail. Employees were required to access the second story of a new residential building using wooden stairways that were not equipped with handrails, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
