29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a)(5)): On or about July 31, 2024, and at times prior thereto, at the maintenance shop, a written hazard communication program for hazardous materials such as but not limited to transmission, hydraulic oil(s), diesel, and other chemicals had not been developed or implemented for employees engaging in shop maintenance.
