29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location - 60 Taylor Street, Littleton, MA. On or about August 8, 2024, seven employees were walking/working on a roof greater than 42' feet above lower level and were not protected from falling.
