1926.20(b)(2): The employer shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, materials and equipment: a)McCormick Construction Co., Inc. dba MCC, Inc., at 109 Railroad Avenue, McLaughlin, SD 57642: On or about and at times prior to July 22, 2024, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from stepping into or through holes by an adequate cover while conducting work on the upper catwalks of a commercial grain handling facility. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than four feet.
