29 CFR  1926.501 (b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a)  Jobsite:  On or about July 9, 2024, four workers were working at replacing an asphalt shingle roof on a residential roof and none of the four workers were protected from falling to the ground.  The fall hazard ranged from about 9 to 18 feet and the workers would have either fallen to the ground or onto a concrete driveway.  The pitch of the roof was approximately 4 in 12.
