29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a. On or about July 25, 2024, at 5525 Cortez Road West, Bradenton, FL 34210, an employee working in the delivery/receiving area was exposed to struck-by hazards from falling boxes of palletized loads of food products, in that, the boxes were stacked to a height such that the boxes were not stable and secure to prevent falling, sliding or collapse.
