29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(9): Where employees must travel between workplaces during a workshift, the employer did not maintain the material safety data sheets in each workplace or at the primary workplace facility where employees can immediately obtain information the required information in the case of an emergency: (a) South McCallum Field Lease #COC-26907 - 0.12 miles north of intersection of CR 12J and 12E Walden, CO - Separator Shack: On or around August 2, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards in that safety data sheets were not provided to employees for immediate access while working in the separator shack. The employer failed to make safety data sheets available as required in 1910.1200(g).
