29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a - 113 Kingston Drive, Lumberton NJ:  A worker and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet 1 inch, when walking and working  from a residential structure's pitched entranceway roof without the use of fall protection. Condition noted  on or about 08/06/24.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:   a- 113 Kingston Drive, Lumberton NJ:  A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet 1 inch, when ascending and descending the steps of a closed A-framed ladder while it was resting, unsecured, on a residential structure's pitched garage roof.  Condition observed on or about 08/06/24.
