At a new residential construction site, located at 63 Lachlan Circle Seaton Creek Dr. Jacksonville, FL: On or about August 6, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that protective eyewear was not utilized by employees while using an electrical saw and nail guns for framing work.
